We held a Spring Benefit Concert in April 2002.  This concert was our way of thanking the community for its support during the two and one-half years of our existence.

This concert was also used as a vehicle to raise funds to help the Brown County High School band purchase new band uniforms.

The fund raiser was a stunning success.  That success is a tribute to the character of the people in our community.  As a thanks to those who helped make that evening a success we are placing a few selections from that concert on the web for listening.

Click on the player of your choice below the song title to start a song.

We hope you enjoy.

The Brown County Community Music group and the Brown County Community Band would like to acknowledge the following groups that provided funding towards the purchase a new set of chimes for the band.  These chimes will also be used by the Brown County school bands.   Their financial assistance is greatly appreciated.

Mrs. Annie Kleppinger, band director at the high school, has been helpful beyond words, providing us with a place to rehearse, instruments to use and much, much more.

We would also like to thank the School Corporation of Brown County, the Brown County High School, and Mr. Dustin Maloney, drama director, for all that they have done, and continue to do for us.
